South Dakota Barbequed Buffalo
2 T Vinegar
2 T Brown Sugar
4 T Lemon Juice
1 T Chili Powder |
1 C water
1 C ketchup
3 T Worcestershire sauce |
| Combine all for sauce. |

1 (3 to 4 lb)
Buffalo Roast
1 Chopped Onion |
1/2 C Diced
Celery |
| Mix
above ingredients together. Place roast in crock-pot. Top with onion
and celery. Pour sauce over roast. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours.
Meat should fall apart. Shred meat into sauce, and serve. |
