Taco Meatballs
2 lb Ground
Bison
1 C Minute Rice
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Can Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 pkg Taco Seasoning |
1 C Chopped
Onions
1 Egg
1 (12oz) Can Tomato Sauce
1/2 Can Water |

| Mix
bison, rice, onion, salt and egg. Shape into meatballs and place inot
a casserole. Mix sauce, water and seasonings; pour over the balls.
Pour the cheese soup over everything. Bake 1 hour at 350°. |
