Blue Cheese Stuffed Buffalo Burgers 
  Sprinkle your buffalo burger patty with McNess Wild Game Seasoning (available at GoodSpirits) and form your buffalo burger patty into a ball. Press your thumb into the center of the ball to form a well. Fill the well with Rosenborg Extra Creamy Danish Blue Cheese and gently form back into a patty enclosing the cheese inside the burger.

These burgers are great with a slightly chilled Beaujolais or Pinot Noir.
