"Husband is trying a steak in the morning with eggs. So he is a happy camper. I
am sure we will be ordering again. I could not believe the bison was even better for us than chicken. Think
it might become a meat of choice. Michael tried the steak this morning and I
tried a little piece. I liked there was no fat for me to have to cut off.
Will try a roast next. We have a friend coming over in two weeks from England and will not tell her it is Bison,
so we can get a honest opinion. As for us we are believers. Made Shepard's Pie with bison and it was great, no

......thank you for a great program at our Presbyterian Men's Brotherhood. It was a treat for those, like myself, to eat buffalo again, and I know those few who may not have eaten it before enjoyed the chance to try it.
You could easily give a program just on politics or broadcasting or buffalo, and it was a good mix of the three that you chose to give our group. I hope it raised the awareness of the meat-eating public in Brookings to eat more buffalo.
It would improve our health.........I especially appreciate your willingness to furnish the meat and your suggestions for preparing it.
Best of luck on this exciting venture. I'd have to admit I'm more than a little envious of you for taking the risk of raising buffalo.
